We plan new plastic injection molds from part data through sample approval and assess existing molds for revision and serial production requirements.
A sound mold project starts by evaluating part geometry together with material, critical dimensions, surface expectations, production quantity and operating conditions.
İdeal Plastik connects the initial engineering review with mold manufacturing, sample checks and serial injection molding. The objective is not only to complete the tool, but to prepare it for repeatable production of the required part.

Part function, connections, critical dimensions and production expectations are clarified before the tooling approach is defined.
Mold manufacturing is supported by 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centres, milling and EDM equipment.
New or existing molds are prepared for sampling with the 75–200 tonne injection range and project requirements in view.
Once sample acceptance criteria are agreed, the mold is prepared for the planned serial injection process.

Yes. Production or revision can be assessed after the mold dimensions, connections, current condition and required machine range have been reviewed.
Timing depends on part geometry, tool construction, material, sampling rounds and the approval scope. A project schedule is provided after the technical inputs have been reviewed.
A technical drawing provides the strongest starting point. If it is unavailable, a measured sample or annotated sketch can support an initial review; critical dimensions must be confirmed before production.
Dimensions, appearance, assembly and functional checks are agreed at the start of the project. Samples are then reviewed against those acceptance criteria.
