1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed
Depending on how you contact us, we may process:
- identity and contact data such as name, email address and telephone number;
- company, request, project, message and complaint details, including an invoice number where relevant;
- technical drawings, CAD files, photographs, archives and other files you voluntarily upload for a quotation request;
- technical security data such as IP address, request time, browser and connection records.
Please do not include special-category personal data in free-text messages unless it is strictly necessary.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Your data may be processed to:
- respond to contact, quotation, project and complaint requests;
- take steps before entering into a contract and perform a contract;
- secure the website, prevent misuse and protect legal rights;
- fulfil legal obligations and respond to authorized public bodies.
Processing is based, as applicable, on Article 5/2(c), 5/2(ç), 5/2(e) and 5/2(f) of the Law: contract establishment or performance, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights and freedoms.
4. Collection method
Data is collected electronically through website visits, the contact and complaint forms and quotation tools submitted directly on the website, optional uploaded files, and information you provide by telephone or email.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared, where necessary and proportionate, with authorized public bodies and service providers used for website hosting, security and communication delivery. Technical request data may be processed through Cloudflare infrastructure. Google Maps is contacted only after you choose to load the map or open the directions link.
Contact and complaint form responses are stored and processed within Cloudflare infrastructure, which İdeal Plastik uses for website hosting and the secure delivery of form submissions. Only authorized İdeal Plastik users can access these submissions to handle the request.
Quotation files are stored in a private area and can be accessed only by authorized İdeal Plastik staff for technical review. They are not made public and are not submitted to an artificial intelligence system.
6. Retention
Data is retained only for the period necessary for the relevant request, business relationship, website security and applicable legal limitation or retention obligations. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the Law.
Files uploaded through the quotation tool are automatically deleted after 90 days.
7. Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of the Law, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose, use and recipients; request correction, deletion or destruction and notification to recipients; object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis; and request compensation for unlawful processing.
You may submit a signed written application to the address above. You may also apply using an email address you previously provided to and that is registered with İdeal Plastik by emailing info@idealplastik.com.tr. Include your name, surname, Turkish identity number where legally required, notification address, contact details and the subject of your request. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
8. Website, quotation and file-use principles
Submitting a form is a request for preliminary evaluation; it does not create an order, service contract or binding quotation. Price, timing, technical suitability, production scope and payment terms become binding only when confirmed in writing for the specific project. Calculators and general technical content are informational and do not constitute engineering approval, a production commitment or a guarantee.
If you upload a file, you confirm that you are authorized to share it and that it does not contain malicious software or unlawfully disclose another party’s intellectual property, trade secrets or confidential information. Ownership remains with the relevant rights holder; İdeal Plastik receives only the limited permission needed to evaluate the request. A separate confidentiality agreement may be made where required.
9. Cookies and browser technologies
The website uses only the browser technologies needed to operate and secure its current functions: Cloudflare Turnstile security tokens and technical signals, a secure session cookie for authorized administration, and session storage used to carry a tool summary to a form. These technologies are not used for advertising. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent a form or protected administration function from working.
If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced in the future, they will not be activated before any consent required by law. You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site data using your browser settings.
10. Google Maps
The embedded map is not loaded automatically. If you select “Show map” or open the directions link, your browser connects to Google and Google’s own privacy terms apply.
