We manage the path from sampling to serial part production within a 75–200 tonne plastic injection range, using customer-owned molds or newly developed tooling.
Machine tonnage alone does not define a plastic injection molding project. Part and mold dimensions, material, critical surfaces, tolerances, production quantity and operating environment must be reviewed together.
İdeal Plastik evaluates production with an existing customer mold separately from projects that begin with new tooling. Once the sample is accepted, the project is prepared for serial production using the agreed production and inspection plan.
01Scope
Machine suitability is assessed using the mold dimensions, part geometry, material and required production conditions.
Production with a customer-owned mold and projects beginning with design and tooling can both feed into the serial production process.
Serial production is not assumed until dimensions, appearance, assembly and functional expectations have been checked on samples.
Order quantity, delivery target, packaging and any secondary operations are planned for the specific part and request.

Yes. A sample and serial production plan can be prepared after the mold condition, dimensions, connections and compatibility with the 75–200 tonne machine range have been reviewed.
There is no single published minimum. Mold setup, material, cycle, inspection and delivery conditions are reviewed before a practical production quantity is defined for the project.
Temperature, impact, chemical exposure, flexibility, appearance and regulatory requirements are considered together. The final material and grade should be confirmed using the project requirements and manufacturer data.
These projects are evaluated only after the required material documentation, hygiene conditions and customer standards are clearly defined. A general service page is not evidence of compliance or certification.
