Our Injection Printing Process
Material Selection & Installation
We determine the most suitable granules (PP, ABS, PC, TPE, etc.) for your project and optimize the installation parameters according to material data and part geometry.
Injection & Retention
The molten plastic is filled into the mold with an injection pressure of up to 1800 bar. Holding pressure and time are adjusted to minimize internal stress.
Cooling & Extraction
Thanks to specially designed cooling channels, we shorten cycle times by up to 15%. Once the part solidifies, it is removed from the mold by an automatic robotic arm.
Final Processing & Control
Parts can be deburred, ultrasonic welded, pad printed, or assembled. Each batch undergoes CMM measurement control, and a PPAP file is prepared.

What is your minimum production quantity?
We can start with small batches of 500 units and move into mass production. We can also meet prototype requests.
I have a pattern, can I just print it?
Yes. You can have your own mold printed, or you can get a quote for a new mold if you wish.
How long does it take to prepare the molds?
Depending on the complexity of the part, the average delivery time is between 4-8 weeks.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes. We have experience in production and shipping, particularly to Germany, the Netherlands, France, and the Gulf countries.
What file types do you accept?
We accept STEP, IGES, Parasolid and high resolution STL files.
