Since 1982, we have managed mold manufacturing and serial plastic part production within one production chain. This page presents only real facility photographs and production steps that can be reviewed for each project.

Equipment supporting mold manufacturing

The method and equipment are selected during technical review according to the part geometry and tooling requirements.

3-axis and 5-axis CNC

Mold plates and geometric details are machined according to project requirements.

EDM and milling

These processes support hard-to-reach details and mold-component machining.

Mold assembly

Machined components are reviewed together for assembly, movement and connection points.

Sample molding

After mold and machine suitability are reviewed, sampling is planned around project criteria.

Quality is defined through project criteria

Instead of a generic quality promise, we agree the control points and acceptance method at the start of the project.

Sample plan

Dimensions, appearance, assembly and functional checks are defined before sample review.

Measurement

Measurement points and the acceptance method are selected according to part requirements.

Control

The control and reporting scope follows the agreed acceptance criteria.

Serial production

An accepted sample moves to serial production with the defined control plan.

File confidentiality

Technical files uploaded to the quote tool are private, are not sent to AI systems and are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Our facility is in Defterdar, Eyüpsultan, Istanbul. Visits and project meetings are arranged with the team.

What products and services does İdeal Plastik offer?

As İdeal Plastik, we produce industrial plastic products such as LED lighting covers, PCB clips, Ventideal pressure balancing valves. We also provide mold design and injection molding services and offer customized solutions to customer needs.

What are your products?

In our product range; There are carcasses, LED covers, tie rod housings, rubber bands, circlips, hoses, clips, cable holder clamps, socket washers and other parts of plastic origin.

What production techniques do you use?

We use plastic injection molding and support production with milling and CNC machining centers in our mold workshop. Machine suitability is assessed for each project using the mold, part geometry, material and production conditions.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity may vary depending on product type and production capacity. You can contact our sales team for more information.

Do you make specially designed products?

Yes, we offer specially designed products to our customers. We manage the entire process from the design stage to prototype production and offer turnkey projects.
