What information is needed for a mould quotation?

The part’s purpose, expected quantity and the best available reference usually provide a useful start. Dimensions, material, tolerances, surface and standards improve the technical review when known.

How do I start without a drawing?

Choose “sample or photos” when an existing part can be examined, or “sketch or idea” when the product is still being defined. Our team can first arrange a technical preparation call.

CAD, existing mould, sample and photo

CAD carries geometry and dimensions; an existing mould supports production and condition review; a physical sample allows direct examination; photos communicate form and context but usually require follow-up measurements.

What affects mould cost?

Part geometry, size, cavity count, material, tolerances, surface requirements, inserts and expected production volume affect the engineering scope. This tool does not calculate or promise a price.

What happens after submission?

The request is reviewed by a person. We contact you for missing details, technical preparation or quotation work; no request is automatically rejected.

File confidentiality and retention

Uploaded files are private, are not sent to an AI system, and are accessible only to authorized staff. Quote files are automatically deleted after 90 days.

What products and services does İdeal Plastik offer?

As İdeal Plastik, we produce industrial plastic products such as LED lighting covers, PCB clips, Ventideal pressure balancing valves. We also provide mold design and injection molding services and offer customized solutions to customer needs.

What are your products?

In our product range; There are carcasses, LED covers, tie rod housings, rubber bands, circlips, hoses, clips, cable holder clamps, socket washers and other parts of plastic origin.

What production techniques do you use?

We use plastic injection molding and support production with milling and CNC machining centers in our mold workshop. Machine suitability is assessed for each project using the mold, part geometry, material and production conditions.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity may vary depending on product type and production capacity. You can contact our sales team for more information.

Do you make specially designed products?

Yes, we offer specially designed products to our customers. We manage the entire process from the design stage to prototype production and offer turnkey projects.
